What Is the ULTRA Laser?
ULTRA is a 1927nm thulium laser from Lutronic (now Cynosure Lutronic) that renews skin from the surface down. It delivers thousands of tiny, precise beams of light into the upper layers of the skin. Each treated zone is surrounded by untouched skin, which helps you heal quickly while your body clears damaged, pigmented cells and builds fresh collagen.

All three use a 1927nm wavelength. Clear + Brilliant and MOXI are best known for gentle rejuvenation. ULTRA can do gentle treatments too, but has the flexibility to target deeper concerns like pigment, melasma, pore size, texture and lines.
