CO-FOUNDER & LASER TECHNICIAN

With over 18 years of experience in aesthetics and medical aesthetics, Larla brings a rare combination of clinical precision, compassion, and deep technical expertise to IVY Medical Aesthetics. Her journey began in 2006 after completing her aesthetics certification in Victoria, BC, followed by years refining her skills in high-end spas.

She holds more than 15 certifications, including CO2, fractional lasers, IPL/BBL, microneedling, and radio frequency. Larla’s understanding of laser physics and skin physiology allows her to deliver safe, effective, and transformative results, particularly for complex skin concerns like rosacea, melasma, acne, and sun damage.

Larla is known for her honest, results-driven approach and her ability to make clients feel heard, cared for, and confident. Her passion is helping others achieve healthy, radiant skin—and feel like the very best version of themselves.

Pam Hain brings nearly two decades of laser expertise and a deep passion for skin health to IVY Medical Aesthetics. Her career began in 2005 after completing her training at the Blanche MacDonald Institute in Vancouver. Starting out in high-end spas, Pam quickly discovered her true calling: clinical skin health and the dramatic, lasting changes that can be achieved with laser technology.

Pam has worked alongside some of Victoria’s top dermatologists, refining her laser skills while learning to approach each treatment with precision, intuition, and integrity. Certified in over 12 laser platforms, Pam tailors every treatment to her client’s unique skin, always guided by results and safety.

Her approach is deeply personal: combining cutting-edge technology with exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help her clients feel confident in their skin. Pam continues to push herself to stay ahead in the field, always learning, always evolving—with one goal in mind: to help you love the skin you’re in.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Ward is a respected Family Physician based in Victoria, BC, with a comprehensive practice serving over 1,300 patients. With a special focus on geriatric and complex care medicine, he brings extensive clinical insight and a deeply compassionate approach to his work.

He is the Medical Director and co-owner of Eagle Creek Medical Clinic, a leading team-based medical centre, and currently serves as President of the Victoria Medical Society. In addition to his clinical and leadership roles, Dr. Ward is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Family Practice at UBC, where he is committed to mentoring the next generation of physicians.

An innovative entrepreneur, Dr. Ward is also the co-founder, Medical Director, and CEO of British Columbia Botox® Clinics, by Dr. Ward—a growing leader in the aesthetics space known for blending medical precision with natural, client-focused results.

With a passion for advancing both community health and medical aesthetics, Dr. Ward brings a rare combination of academic excellence, clinical leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to every role he undertakes.
